摘要
Taking two-stage matrix converter (TSMC) as the research object, this paper analyzes the operation mode of TSMC in normal condition and fault condition of power switch respectively, then analyzes and summarizes the fault features of its output line voltage in fault condition of power switch. On this basis, the thesis puts forward the fault diagnosis method of power switch of TSMC based on the error voltage of switch group, and this method can judge switch group with fault and locate the fault switch of TSMC according to error voltage of switch group. The proposed method has many advantages, such as fast detection, accurate diagnosis, high efficiency, etc. The simulation model and the experiment system of fault diagnosis system of power switch are established and the results verify the validity and the feasibility of the fault diagnosis method mentioned above.
